	Casting Powder
	Richwise casting powder is abeta-hemihydrate plaster (Cas04. 1/2H20) produced from naturally occurring gypsum mineral. It is off-white in colour. This product is used as the plaster base for formulator.

High durability.
Low thermal conductivity.
Very good fire resistance.
Does not develop cracks on heating or setting.
Mixes up easily with water and is easy to spread and level.
Gives a firm surface on which the colors can settle.
Has no appreciable chemical action on paint and does not cause alkali attack.
